The primary services we provide include feasibility analysis and financial modeling, project development planning and due diligence, advice on responding to requests for proposals ("RFPs"), development activities, equity finance, corporate finance and project finance and acquisition and divestiture advice, to developers and owners of green energy projects and technologies.

1. Feasibility
   We develop project and business feasibility analysis, including financial modeling, for businesses that want to develop green energy projects. These projects and businesses will be in various stages of development and will most likely require further equity and/or debt financing. Some may require assistance in developing the projects and submitting them to RFPs.

2. Project Development Planning and Due Diligence
   We provide due diligence on the financial and contractual issues during project development, assisting our customers to plan ahead to be prepared for responding to RFPs and for investor requirements to finance the project and/or business.

3. Responding to Requests for Proposals
   We work with our customers on preparing their responses to RFPs, ensuring the financial plan; financing and project feasibility address the minimum requirements in the RFPs and position the projects in a competitive advantage.

4. Development Activities
   Once a project is under development, we continue to provide advice to our customers in their ongoing dealings with investors and lenders. Some of these projects may also require further financings once construction is complete.

5. Equity, Corporate Finance and Project Finance
   We structure, arrange and negotiate through closing all the different types of financing required by the project and/or business through our network of lenders, bankers and private and public equity providers. We also analyze financing options on existing assets and/or businesses.

6. Acquisition and Divestiture
   We develop valuation models for our customers who wish to either acquire or sell green energy projects and/or businesses.
